All items will apply for Return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. All items should be returned in the same condition as received. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused with all original tags attached.

Return shipping will be at buyers expense. Refunds will be made once we receive the item and check it over. It may take 3-5 business days to see the return on your bank statement.

All shipping rates are estimated in CAD. If ordering outside of Canada items may be subject to extra duty fees and taxes on top of shipping. Flat rate shipping of $15. All products will be shipped out every Tuesday and Thursday. Orders will be shipping out in priority and as quickly as possible but maybe subject to delays depending on order intake. As a small business we ship with Canada Post, so you may be subject to delays that are out of our control.

We are located in Port Severn, ON. Local pick up is free and drop off within 25km is $5.00 for residents of the surrounding area. Please leave a note and contact information when purchasing so that we may be able to contact you to discuss pick up/drop off.
